I came home tonight, sat down to run another all premium LLLL.net scan and found that they were all taken! I did come across three domains that were still showing as available but upon trying to register them it seems they had already gone to someone else. I will need to check with GoDaddy in a couple of days to make sure they reverse the charges to my account because after I completed checkout they took my money even though I didn’t have the domains! Not sure why this happened because their system allowed me to add the domains to my cart and go through the checkout process…

Some of you may have noticed a couple of new additions to the site today. I have created two new pages including the WordPress Domain Portfolio. These can be found in the menu bar at the top, or on the right in the pages sidebar menu. Some of you may have already seen my Quad Letter portfolio sites in the past but I have wanted to merge everything into one easily manageable database for some time. I will be listing more domains that are available for sale in the new Portfolio section when I get the chance to upload them.

This is crazy! All of a sudden people are going mental for premium LLLL.net’s. My last scan two weeks ago showed 15,000+ available and I anticipated a growth rate of 2000 per month resulting in an August 2008 buyout. How wrong could I be! Over 7000 premium 4 letter dot net domains have been registered in the last 2 days!

Quite simply brilliant! Yet another LLLL.com reaching a six figure sum promoting the four letter domain market place for everyone to see. The sale took place at Sedo and is a beautiful name considering some of its attributes. Clearly an end user sale but its value derives from many factors. Its a VCVC combination with excellent pronunciation, it can be broken down into two parts making it highly brandable: ’U-Net’ or ‘Your Internet’, and it has good history and end user potential.
