I’ve had a significant interest in the IT world for fifteen years now and for the past seven it has kept the bank balance afloat. I took an interest in domains in 2004 after registering a variety of .co.uk names for personal use.

Up until the middle of 2007 my portfolio has consisted of domains mainly of the .co.uk variety but on 2nd November 2007 when the LLLL.com buyout occurred I turned my sights to the US market. Since that day I have been building a portfolio of four letter domains (or quad letter domains as I like to call them).

I have so far invested a large amount of money in this market and see a growing interest in what appears to be the ‘next big thing’ with domain speculation and investors. I intend to write about my experiences in what appears to be a rapidly growing and expanding sector of the .com market.
