Everyone expected the prices of LLLL.com’s to increase after the buyout and they did. There has been a good, steady increase in prices over the holiday season. It seems that no one could have predicted the increase in prices we are seeing this month though! Prices are currently ‘through the roof’! It seems Reece of Four Letter Noob may need to update his four letter price guide sooner than expected!
A look at recent sales today on Sedo, Ebay, NP and TDNAM prove just this! Take a look at some of today’s triple premium prices:

On January 4th 2008, using December sales figures, just 6 days ago the average price of a triple premium LLLL.com was listed at $84.00, up 53% from November. Just look at the prices now… The average is $100+ and many are reaching $200+! This isn’t the case for all triple premiums, Ive been doing buying up names behind closed doors for $30-$40 each but in the public marketplace these figures are very encouraging.
Many people at Namepros are anticipating a minimum wholesale value of $100 for any triple premium name, no matter what the bad letter, by the end of February this year. If this is the case just think what could happen to prices by summer. If you aren’t in the market yet, you haven’t got long… get buying!

The market is indeed HOT lately
I’ve actually been debating doing a mid-January price guide because of this recent surge in value on… everything LLLL.com, really. Even anti-premiums are seeing much better sales lately.
Will wait a few days to see if demand continues to hold at this price point, which I have no doubt it will.

It certainly is! Its crazy how much prices are fluctuating lately - and pretty much all in the upward direction!
I noticed yesterday when I wrote that article that you had written pretty much the same thing the day before! We are both on the same track with this one!

Yes, the price are going up very fast. Yesterday 150+ LLLL.com has been sold on TDNAM ,ebay, NP and Sedo. This is a very impressive number of sales imho.
