I have decided to publish a month in review article at the end of every month to highlight exactly what has happened over the past thirty days or so. Throughout May it has been another interesting month in the quad letter domain marketplace and just in case you have missed some important articles here are ‘the best bits’.
Its been a few days since I looked at the ‘buy now’ prices of 4 letter dot com domains at TDNAM and it seems that LLLL.com’s for less than $100 are long gone. Just a few days ago there were still names available to ‘buy now’ for $75-$99. The minimum buy now price for a LLLL.com at TDNAM is now $119 and there is only one at that price. There are three domains available at $125, thirteen at $145, twenty three at $149 and two at $199 each. The price then escalates to over $248 per domain after this!
There has been increasing buzz laterly over the prices of buy now domains at TDNAM in the past few weeks and it seems that it wont be long before you can’t buy a quad letter domain there for less than $100. On performing a quick search, as of today, there are only four domains for sale at $69, one at $75, three at $79, four at $88, one at $89 and seventeen at $99. That’s a total of just 30 LLLL.com’s under the $100 price barrier.
