It was good to see a lot of interest in the quad letter domains up for grabs last night at the Namepros Live Auction. With over 130 bidders ‘in the room’ it was a good turnout although this meant it was hard to snag an absolute bargain but there was still some good deals available.
Some of the completed four letter domain sales included:
QWOU.com - $39
BGUV.com, UAYD.com, VDVY.com, WJAJ.com, XASR.com - $185
BZLW.com - $55
GTNB.com - $330
I placed a few bids here and there but only won a ’sellers choice’ auction. At $130 for OQOY.com and IQOY.com I don’t blame the seller for withdrawing the names as this is way below market value.
A bidding war ensued for a batch of 64 semi-premium LLLL.com’s in which I took part. Jehnidiah took home the batch for $1850. That’s just $28.90 per name and an excellent opportunity to flip for a quick profit.
All in all it was an enjoyable auction even though I had to duck out early to get some sleep! After all it didn’t finish until 2am in the morning for me!
